After a spectacular year, MTVC Chapter leaders share amazing highlights and accomplishments (listed from east to west). Our membership more than doubled in 2021!
Miles City Chapter Highlights
On three separate occasions, multiple members made the 764-mile round-trip to Helena to self-advocate at the Capitol during the 2021 Montana Legislative Session.
Held educational meetings and explained the process of how a bill passes through the legislature and becomes a law, as well as how to self-advocate during a legislative session.
Members wrote, called, texted their representatives and key legislators during the entire 2021 Montana Legislative Session.
Hosted card writing parties at a local park during the 2021 Montana Legislative Session.
Pushed back against Catholic School Diocese regarding their removal of Religious Exemptions to vaccines, which was later overturned.
Organized a local rally against vaccine mandates that made the front page of the Miles City Star.
Researched vaccine clinics in schools and discovered they are not holding vaccine clinics with no plans to do so in Custer County.
Networked with and vetted house representative candidate.
Yellowstone Chapter Highlights
Our 2nd Largest Chapter grew even bigger in active membership during 2021.
Organized the Bridge Demonstration two times that read "COVID-19 Vaccine Manufacturers are Exempt from Liability."

Members called, texted, emailed and testified regarding the following bills: SB 199, SB 332, SB 364, SB 368, HB 257, HB 415, HB 501, HB 702 and HB 703.
Networked and coordinated with key local groups on key issues including employer mandates and mask mandates.
Pushed back against Catholic School Diocese Regarding their removal of Religious Exemptions to vaccines, which was later overturned.
Successfully got illegal vaccine/mask signs removed several Mall stores and Ulta Beauty Store at Shiloh Crossing.
Members supported multiple other local groups and initiatives over the year.
Gallatin Chapter Highlights
Our Largest Chapter made some significant waves:
MTVC co-founder helped with drafting of key vaccine choice bills and worked with Legislators on bills that were part of our mission. Three of those became laws, HB334, HB 702 and HB 257!
Held educational meetings how to self-advocate in the Capitol and how bills become law.
On dozens of occasions, multiple members made the round-trip to Helena to self-advocate at the Capitol during the entire 2021 Montana Legislative Session.
Organized a local rally against vaccine mandates.
Organized local children's health parties.
Members became active in school board meetings and health board meetings.
A member hosted an outdoor summer party for families with 2 bouncy houses and local Legislators as guest speakers.
Lewis & Clark Chapter Highlights
Held meetings and provided support to each other during the "lockdown" and encouragement to stay fresh-faced around town. Noncompliance snowballed to make a difference locally.
Chapter leader testified in person at January COVID panel to ensure that masks, testing, and temp checks would not be required at our Capitol, thus ensuring that members would be comfortable showing up in person to testify.
Organized, rallied, and showed up for dozens of hearings, making sure legislators knew we were watching and to bring medical freedom issues to light.
Hosted members overnight from around the state so they could testify at early morning hearings.
Local members provided childcare so parents could testify at important hearings.
Hosted Fall Family Fest in October with special guests Rep. Carlson, Rep. Usher, Rep. Matt Regier, and two local candidates.
Cascade Chapter Highlights
Member hosted a free showing of Vaxxed open to the public at a local Church.
Members attended several protests in support of Benefis employees facing vaccine mandates.
Weekly play dates for parents and children to get to know each other on a personal level. Mask free playtime!
Many in person member meetings during legislative session to discuss active bills and what members could do to help!
Members became active in school board meetings and health board meetings.
Members were very active this legislative session helping make calls, texts, and emails.
GF members traveled to Helena to provide in person testimony for: HB702, Daycare Bill, Foster Care Bill, Medical Exemption Bill and more.
Missoula Chapter Highlights
Chapter leaders educated members on self-advocating and how to take impactful action in the legislative session.
Held regular meetings supporting each other.
Chapter leader and members traveled to Helena to provide in-person testimony on our key bills.
Flathead Chapter Highlights
Members drove up to the Capitol to self-advocate for vaccine choice and medical freedom legislation in Helena dozens of times.
Members of our larger liberty communities wrote, called and texted their representatives the entire session.
Members helped educate at school campus vaccine clinics in May. It was a success and resulted in removal of 2 scheduled future campus vaccine clinics and no further scheduled clinic activity on local school campuses.
Several members provided informed consent through educational outreach at a fairground vaccine clinics for 5-year-olds. Around 75% of parents wanted side effect information and the clinic was not providing any prior to injection. No future 5-year-old public clinics were scheduled due to educational outreach and low patient turn out at the one clinic.
Our team helps to vet and works to support state legislators and county legislators that strongly will support vaccine choice.
